Sometimes when one purchases an artwork it isn’t quite what one envisioned it be from viewing the website photograph. We understand that, and subject to the terms and conditions below, will accept the work back and refund your purchase price. Your only cost will be the cost of couriering it to us.
- We will need to receive the art piece at our premises.
2. We will examine the work checking for any damage
3. Should the piece be undamaged we will refund the purchase price .
4. Artworks need to be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received after a while, first check your bank account again
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
