Delivery of Paintings
Are you interested in purchasing an artwork? Provided that the artwork is sent unframed and rolled into a highly durable plastic tube, the delivery charge for it to be sent anywhere in the world will be zero.
I.e. there’s zero delivery charge for paintings sent unframed
Should the wish to purchase the painting in it’s current frame or mount and have the work delivered as such, please notify us of this and we will quote a delivery price in consultation with a courier company. We do recommend having the painting shipped in a plastic tube as makes the whole shipping process a lot safer.
Pottery Works
Pottery items will be subject to a delivery charge because they are relatively heavy and fragile. They require extensive use of packing material. Courier costs of transporting pottery will quoted on an ad hoc basis because the weight of the items vary so much. We will obtain courier quotes and inform you of these as well as a packing cost.
Payment Means
We offer two means of payment: Through Paypal or using a Direct Bank to Bank Funds Transfer.
Purchasing an artwork
To purchase an artwork, click on the shop page. Select the artwork and click on go to cart. You will be taken to the cart where you can continue with the purchase.
Should you wish to you can open an account. To open an account requires your e-mail address
Fill in all the required details and select whether paying by Paypal or bank transfer
Follow the prompts and fill in the details as required. If you are paying using Paypal, you will need to open a Paypal account which is easy enough to do.
Refunds.
Availability of the art works. We sell artworks through a number of channels. The probem with this is that an artwork available on this site on a certain day could have been sold by the following day. We make every effort to update our stock as soon as a work is sold. However, there exists the possibility that listed here could have been sold in the preceeding hours.
In this event funds paid to purchase the work will be refunded as outlined in our refund policy here.
One way of ensuring that an artwork is in stock is to communicate with us. We can arrange to hold the artwork for you for up to a 24 hour period. See our contact details on the Contacts page
